Elham Beygi

Elham is an associate with the Business Litigation, Estates Litigation, Constitutional Advocacy and Cross-Border Litigation Groups.

Elham was called to the Ontario bar in 2023, and holds an LLM degree in Canadian Common Law from Osgoode Hall Law School at York University. She also graduated with a Master’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies at York University, and obtained her LLB from Shahid Beheshti University. She is a Doctoral Candidate (ABD) in Legal Philosophy from McMaster University.

Elham first joined Cambridge LLP in 2021 to complete her articling term. Previously, Elham taught a broad range of courses, including law and society, critical thinking, gender studies and political philosophy. She has presented her research at various conferences and her work has been published by Springer, a global leader in academic research publishing.

Elham is fluent in English and Farsi.
