Fiona Chan is an associate with the Business Litigation and Chinese Service groups at Cambridge LLP, with a focus on corporate and commercial litigation. Fiona has experience in handling cases in various areas, which include shareholder disputes, contract disputes, real estate disputes, and civil frauds. Prior to joining Cambridge LLP, Fiona was a barrister in Hong Kong for 8 years practicing criminal, business and family litigation.
Fiona obtained her Honour Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Geography from University of Toronto in 2006. She obtained a Juris Doctor from the City University of Hong Kong in 2008 and a Master of Laws in Human Rights from University of Hong Kong in 2013. She was called to the Hong Kong Bar in 2010 and to the Ontario Bar in 2019. Moreover, she also obtained a Global Professional Master of Laws in Business Law from the University of Toronto in 2019.
Fiona is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
