Hayden Trbizan is an associate with the Business Litigation and Cross-Border Litigation Groups. He maintains a broad litigation practice that spans corporate/commercial, real estate, and construction disputes, as well as class actions.

With a collaborative and assiduous approach to dispute resolution, Hayden adeptly caters to a wide range of clients and their specific needs. He has successfully represented international corporations, small businesses, and individuals in an array of matters including breach of contract, contested transactions, shareholder remedies, product liability, injunctions, creditor-debtor enforcement, and various economic torts. He has experience in each stage of litigation and has appeared before multiple levels of court in Ontario.

Hayden earned both a Canadian and American J.D. from the University of Windsor and University of Detroit Mercy in 2020. During law school, he gained a unique perspective of the judicial process while clerking for the Honorable Judge Michael Servitto at the 16th Circuit Court of Michigan. He further volunteered at Windsor’s Legal Aid Clinic, where he advocated in a variety of criminal and civil cases.

In his spare time, Hayden enjoys being with friends and family, exploring new restaurants, and playing the guitar. He also keeps up an active lifestyle through hockey, golf, and snowboarding.
