Abigail Hawkes is an associate in Cambridge LLP’s Estate Planning and Estate Litigation Groups. She advises clients on estate planning and administration, estate disputes, and civil litigation, delivering practical and effective solutions.

Abigail earned her LL.B. from the University of Southampton, England, and her LL.M. from the University of Toronto, after completing a Bachelor of Arts in Law and Justice at Laurentian University. She received multiple academic awards during her studies, including recognition among the top 10 students in her class and the prize for highest achievement in Criminal Law.

She is an active member of the Sudbury and Algoma District Law Associations and is the organizer of the 2025 Young Lawyers Mentoring Session at the Sudbury Colloquium.

Outside of her practice, Abigail enjoys exploring Northern Ontario’s hiking trails.
