Daniel is an associate lawyer in our Estates Planning and Estate Litigation Groups. He has extensive experience representing clients in estates, trusts, power of attorney and capacity disputes, as well as guardianship applications. In his practice, Daniel regularly assists clients in drafting wills and powers of attorney, and advises beneficiaries and trustees in matters involving estate administration and the out-of-court settlement of estate and trust disputes. He has a solid legal background in both civil and common law jurisdictions, having worked in Ontario and Italy, and completed his legal studies at the University of Toronto and the University of Bologna (Italy). Daniel is bilingual in English and Italian and has professional working proficiency in Spanish.

Daniel began his career in estates and trusts as a trust officer at two major Canadian financial institutions, where he worked for several years before being called to the Ontario bar in 2022. Prior to joining Cambridge LLP in November 2025, he practised at two reputable Toronto law firms specializing in estate litigation, succession planning, and estate administration.

When not researching the law or advocating for his clients, Daniel can be found sailing on Lake Ontario, playing pick-up basketball, or planning his next trip.
