
In over four decades as a defamation specialist, David has advised and represented individuals from all walks of life including politicians, business leaders, corporations, athletes, film and music celebrities, as well as all levels of government. He works closely with Cambridge LLP on defamation matters to provide our clients with an invaluable depth of experience and strategic advice.
David has also served as an advisor to the Ontario Law Reform Committee on Libel in 1985 and the Ontario Law Reform Committee on Cyberlibel in 2016 and his publications have been cited and relied upon by courts across Canada, including the Supreme Court of Canada.
