Called to the Ontario Bar in 1970, he now serves as Special Counsel with Cambridge LLP, where he advises on complex commercial insolvency and restructuring matters.
Frank is known not only for his technical expertise, but for his practical, client-focused approach. Acting for clients in financial distress, he combines strategic insight with empathy, working efficiently to protect interests and achieve fair, effective resolutions.
A pillar of the legal profession, Frank has played a central role in shaping insolvency law and education in Canada.
