Fred is an Associate with our Estates and Trusts Group, managing a practice including both solicitor and litigation work. Since his call to the Ontario Bar in 2020, Fred has worked exclusively in the area of estates and trusts law, bringing a diverse array of experience in estate planning, administration, and litigation. Fred is an alumnus of the University of Windsor, Faculty of Law, and the University of Toronto, where he completed a bachelor’s degree in history.
Fred’s experience with estate planning, administration, and litigation informs his concurrent practice in each focus area. As an estate planner, Fred aims to devise effective succession plans that accurately reflect the wishes of his clients, while mitigating future conflict within families. As an estate litigator, Fred’s primary goal is to reach a timely and just settlement for his clients, lowering the temperature on what are often complicated and emotionally charged disputes. Finally, in non-contentious estate administration matters, Fred seeks to assist in seamless asset distribution and winding up of estates, providing clients with peace of mind during their difficult time of grief over lost loved ones.
Fred is a lifelong native of Etobicoke and an active member of the Toronto area Polish community. In his free time, Fred enjoys reading history and literature, cooking new recipes, playing hockey and soccer with friends, and riding his bike along the many trails of Etobicoke, Mississauga, and Toronto.
