
Jessica Pei is an experienced commercial litigator with a practice focused on contractual disputes, fraud claims, defamation, shareholder disputes, professional negligence, real estate, and insurance litigation. She has represented clients at all levels of court, including the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court, and the Ontario Court of Appeal. She also has extensive experience advising clients on matters involving injunctive relief.
Known for her sound legal judgment, Jessica works closely with clients to understand their objectives and deliver clear, strategic advice tailored to their circumstances. She is committed to efficient, results-driven advocacy that delivers practical solutions to complex legal disputes.
Jessica earned her Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School at York University and was called to the Ontario bar in 2017. She built her practice at a large national full-service law firm in Toronto before joining Cambridge. She is an active member of the Advocates’ Society, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Federation of Asian Canadian Lawyers (FACL). Jessica has native proficiency in Mandarin and working proficiency in Japanese.
