
Jonathan De Biasi is an associate with the Business Litigation and Estate Litigation Groups at Cambridge LLP. His practice involves a broad range of business and estate disputes, and he has acted on a range of significant matters, appearing before the Court of Appeal for Ontario, the Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court, and a variety of other administrative tribunals.
Jonathan earned his Juris Doctor from Queen’s University, where he received multiple course awards for achieving the highest marks in his classes. While at Queen’s, he developed strong litigation skills representing low-income residents through his volunteer work with Queen’s Legal Aid. Following his call to the bar in 2017, Jonathan practiced in Simcoe County and became a partner at a Barrie law firm. His practice encompassed employment law, insurance defence, human rights, business disputes, and estate litigation.
Today, Jonathan continues to promote access to legal services through his volunteer work with Pro Bono Ontario.
