Kaleigh is a Partner in the Construction Law Group at Cambridge LLP with more than a decade of experience in construction and infrastructure law. She advises contractors, subcontractors, owners, and consultants across Ontario at every stage of the construction process, delivering practical, strategic advice to help clients manage risk, resolve disputes, and keep projects moving forward.
Kaleigh regularly represents clients before Ontario courts and tribunals, as well as in arbitration and adjudication proceedings under the Construction Act. She is particularly recognized for her experience in construction adjudication, construction lien matters, and the application of Ontario’s modernized Construction Act. Her work has been recognized by Best Lawyers in Canada and Benchmark Litigation as “One to Watch.”
Kaleigh holds an LL.B. from Durham University (United Kingdom) and an LL.M. in Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine University (California). Since 2019, she has served as an Adjunct Professor of Construction Law at George Brown Polytechnic and is a frequent speaker for leading industry organizations, including the Ontario General Contractors Association, the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, the Ontario Bar Association, and the Toronto Construction Association.
