Rahul maintains a broad civil and commercial litigation practice. He has appeared before all levels of Court in Ontario, as well as administrative Tribunals and professional regulatory bodies.
Rahul represents individuals, businesses and organizations in a wide range of complex disputes, including contractual disagreements, shareholder disputes, property disputes, construction disputes and matters involving professional regulatory misconduct. Through Rahul’s work, he has represented clients at trial and argued numerous contested motions, including motions for interim injunctive relief, Mareva (freezing) injunctions and for registration of certificates of pending litigation.
Irrespective of the matter, Rahul is dedicated to providing his clients with tailored legal solutions that are aligned with their specific needs and objectives. His approach is characterized by a blend of strategy, practicality and efficiency to ensure that his clients receive the highest level of representation and support.
Rahul was called to the Ontario Bar in 2016 after graduating from the Faculty of Law at Western University. Rahul also holds a degree in Forensic Science and Psychology from the University of Toronto. He is fluent in Hindi and Punjabi.
