Cambridge LLP 2024 Presentation Series

Every year the Cross-Border Litigation Group at Cambridge LLP prepares a select number of Continuing Legal Education programs for the legal profession in the U.S. and other jurisdictions outside of our home country of Canada.  Our goal is to help lawyers in these jurisdictions to understand some of the practical and strategic considerations at play when clients are involved in litigation which crosses borders or where there are Canadian parties or players in the mix.

Over the last 15+ years, our expert cross-border litigation team has provided hundreds of hours of cutting edge CLE programs to local, regional, national and international bar associations as well as leading law firms in the U.S. and abroad.

We are a Canadian law firm and our lawyers (although several have been admitted to the bar of several jurisdictions) only practice Canadian law. Each of the lawyers in our Cross-Border Litigation Group are Leading practitioners in the areas of private international law, cross-border and multi-jurisdictional litigation and international arbitration.
