Eli Smolarcik is a lawyer in the Business Litigation and Cross-Border Litigation groups at Cambridge LLP. He earned a J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School and was called to the Bar in 2016.

As a litigator, Eli has been involved in a broad range of civil and commercial litigation matters, including commercial contract disputes, commercial leasing and tenancy matters, real estate litigation, title insurance litigation, shareholder disputes, franchise disputes, oppression remedies, debt recovery, and more. He takes a client-focused approach for both individuals and businesses to all their litigation matters, placing a strong emphasis on finding practical solutions to his client’s legal problems while at the same time maintaining a strong commitment to advocacy, both in and out of the courtroom.

Eli has successfully resolved cases at all levels of court in Ontario, including matters before the Divisional Court and the Court of Appeal for Ontario.
