Leon is an associate with the Business Litigation and Immigration Groups at Cambridge LLP. He is also the point person for the firm’s Chinese Services Group.

Leon holds a J.D. Degree and an LL.M. Degree in international business law from Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto. He also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in political science from Beijing International Studies University. Leon has full proficiency in Mandarin.

At Osgoode, Leon was a caseworker at the school’s on-site legal clinic, and served as the Vice President of the Asian Law Students’ Associate of Osgoode. Prior to commencing law school, Leon worked at the head office of the Royal Bank of Canada, as well as an immigration boutique firm in Toronto.

Leon has extensive experience in providing legal services to the Chinese community. With his language skills and cultural knowledge, Leon is able to directly communicate with the firm’s Chinese clients in Mandarin, understand their legal and non-legal needs, and provide the most effective and personal services to achieve clients’ goals. 

Leon has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.
