Eli Smolarcik is a lawyer in the Business Litigation, Cross-Border Litigation, and Estate Litigation Groups at Cambridge LLP. He earned his J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School and was called to the Bar in 2016.
Eli has extensive experience representing clients in complex civil, commercial, and estate disputes. His practice includes will challenges, estate trustee accounting applications, power of attorney disputes, trust and capacity matters, as well as commercial contract disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes, franchise litigation, real estate and title insurance claims, and debt recovery.
Drawing on his broad litigation background, Eli brings a practical, results-driven approach to each case—balancing strong advocacy with strategic problem-solving to protect his clients’ interests, whether inside or outside the courtroom.
He has appeared before all levels of court in Ontario, including the Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court, and the Court of Appeal for Ontario, and has successfully resolved numerous matters through both trial and negotiated settlement.
