Henna Parmar is an associate in the Business Litigation and Cross-Border Litigation Groups at Cambridge LLP. She has litigated a wide variety of cases, including high profile and complex Charter cases, and she has appeared before all levels of court in Ontario and the Federal Court of Appeal. She has published in the Lawyers Daily and contributed to the CanLII Criminal E-Book. Additionally, she has co-developed a bail course in which she conducts workshops for community partners and the public, empowering marginalized people in the community by helping them understand how the bail system works in Canada.

Henna Parmar obtained an Honours Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto, where she graduated with distinction. She earned both a Canadian J.D. from the University of Windsor and American J.D. from the University of Detroit Mercy. During law school, Henna volunteered for Community Legal Aid and Pro Bono Students Canada. Henna was called to the Ontario bar in 2020.
