Jonathan Di Feo is a lawyer in the Estates, Business, and Cross-Border Litigation Groups.
Jonathan regularly advises clients on a variety of tax issues with provincial and federal tax authorities, and he has successfully litigated matters with the Canada Revenue Agency. Jonathan has worked on cases involving all levels of Court in Ontario as well as the Tax Court of Canada, the Federal Court, and Federal Court of Appeal.
In his estates practice, Jonathan creates estate plans to ensure that his clients meet their financial and family goals, while advising and assisting executors and trustees in their obligations in administering estates.
Prior to joining Cambridge LLP, Jonathan founded DI FEO LAW, a boutique firm practicing in the areas of tax, estates, and corporate law.
Jonathan holds a Licentiate in Law from the University of Ottawa, a Juris Doctor degree from the Université de Sherbrooke, and a Certificate in Chinese Law from the Chinese University of Political Science and Law (Beijing). Jonathan was called to the Ontario Bar in 2016, and practices Canada-wide under the National Mobility Agreement.
