Nick is an associate with the Business Litigation Group and the Cross-Border Litigation Group. He was called to the Ontario bar in 2022. He holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts Degree from Ryerson University, a J.D. from Bond University and a certificate in Negotiation and Dispute Resolution from Harvard Law School.
Nick has a broad civil and commercial litigation practice. He has experience in a variety of areas, including property related disputes, injunctions, tax litigation, oppression claims, and fraud litigation. Nick has appeared before the Landlord Tenant Board, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Provincial Court of British Columbia.
