Our lawyers are sensitive to this dynamic and do their best to be supportive but at the same time firm in advising clients so that decisions, in the end, are in the economic best interests of our clients.
The estate litigation team is led by two partners who are certified by the Law Society as "Specialists" in their practices. Such certification is granted only to a select few. Founding Partner, Adam Cappelli, is Certified as Specialist is Estates & Trusts Law and has over 20 years of experience.
